How long we keep information
Client and partner contact details: retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to 3 years after last contact, then deleted
Research participant data: deleted or fully anonymised within 30 days of project completion (align this with your DPA language — your Wellcome DPA says deletion by 17 July 2026)
Financial records: retained for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements
SurveyMonkey data: deleted from the platform within 30 days of project completion
